Requirements

• Flexible and adaptable, learn and react quickly at a faster than average pace.
• Strong sense of urgency and initiative to get things done.
• Sales oriented.
• Prefer 1+ years' of sales experience or retail lending.

Responsibilities

• Analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine preliminary home loan eligibility and recommends mortgage products that are within the customer's budget.
• Consult with customers about current and future needs to help them achieve their financial goals while providing the best possible customer service.
• Stay informed of available loan types and other financial services and products in order to better meet customers' needs.
• Identify and construct lending solutions based on unique homeownership goals.
• Manage leads actively and meet minimum conversion (lead to fund) requirements and build a network of real estate agent partners.
