Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of mortgage closing documents and funding processes preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational support to Mortgage Closers to help facilitate timely loan funding.
- Assist in the closing and funding of mortgage loans while minimizing post-closing errors.
- Review loan documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Accurately disburse funds according to lender instructions and closing statements.
- Resolve documentation discrepancies and request corrections when needed.
- Perform detailed reviews of closing documents prior to approving the release of funds.
- Manage a pipeline of loans while meeting productivity and quality expectations.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient closing experience.
