About The Position

This is an entry level opportunity to get your foot in the door with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution! You’ll be the last set of eyes before funds are released. That means reviewing documents, verifying details, and making sure everything is accurate so loans can close smoothly and on time.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Comfortable reviewing documents and working with numbers
• Able to multitask and stay on track in a deadline-driven setting
• Completed high school diploma
• Hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite per week
• Must have reliable high speed internet (T mobile is not compatible)
• No time off first 6 months

Nice To Haves

• Previous office, admin, or clerical experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Review closing packages and catch missing or incorrect details
• Verify wire instructions and help protect against fraud
• Process funding for purchase and refinance loans
• Work closely with closers, title companies, and settlement agents
• Manage multiple loans at different stages and meet tight deadlines
