TEKsystems is hiring customer service representatives to join our clients mortgage team! This role is hybrid if adherence, quality, and attendance expectations are met. The position will be responsible for handling inbound calls pertaining to insurance servicing questions. Questions will be received from borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions, primarily regarding home owners insurance, payment, and/or coverage inquiries. The representative must be able to multi-task between various systems to research and document phone calls, responding quickly and accurately to meet internal and external standards. Problem-solving and resolution skills are required, along with the ability to handle all calls in a professional manner.
