About The Position

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Mortgage Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions with insurance-related inquiries, primarily focused on homeowners insurance policies tied to mortgages.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of recent customer service experience
  • Strong computer skills and ability to navigate systems efficiently
  • Typing speed of 35+ WPM
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Access to a stable internet connection (for hybrid/remote work)

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of call center experience
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)

Responsibilities

  • Handle approximately 35–45 inbound calls per day (avg. 11–14 minutes per call)
  • Respond to inquiries regarding homeowners insurance policies
  • Assist borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions
  • Address questions related to payments, coverage, and policy details
  • Navigate multiple systems to research and document calls accurately
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining performance standards
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving and communication skills
