This role involves building relationships through networking, community involvement, and referral partnerships, while providing exceptional customer service. The Mortgage Consultant will guide borrowers through the entire mortgage process, from application to closing, ensuring a personalized experience. They will be actively involved in the community, developing referral relationships, collaborating with branch teams, and promoting the bank's mortgage solutions. This is a sales-focused role for individuals who enjoy building long-term relationships and working for a community bank that prioritizes integrity, collaboration, and customer experience.

Requirements

• Relationship-driven mortgage professional.
• Residential mortgage origination experience.
• Ability to obtain an active NMLS Record.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of FHA, VA, WHEDA, construction, and portfolio lending programs.
