About The Position

Founded in 2018, Perch is based in Toronto and works with homeowners across Canada, including Quebec. This posting is for a current vacancy that we are actively and immediately seeking to fill. Applications are reviewed by our recruitment team; however, software tools, including AI, may be used to assist in screening, assessing, or selecting applicants. Compensation for this role is commission-based. The estimated range provided reflects typical earnings; actual compensation will vary based on individual performance. Contract details are subject to the Mortgage Representative Agreement.
Requirements
- Originated at least $10M in mortgages in the last 12 months
- Demonstrated ability to self-generate most or all of your leads
- Minimum of 2 years of continuous experience as a licensed Mortgage Broker or as a Mortgage Advisor at a bank or credit union
Responsibilities
- Automate 70% of your workflow
- Eliminate underwriting
- Focus on building relationships and closing deals
- Nurturing your client pipeline and identifying new opportunities
- Guiding clients step-by-step through their application
- Integrating Equifax soft credit checks
- Automatically requesting the correct documents from clients
- Handling compliance and FINTRAC reporting
- Client intake, document gathering, and appraisal bookings
- Strengthening relationships with referral partners through automatic status updates
