About The Position

This is a Long Term Substitute Montessori Teacher position. The role involves delivering effective classroom instruction to students in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring continuity of learning. The teacher will execute lesson plans, instructional activities, and classroom routines as outlined by the assigned teacher, while maintaining a structured, safe, and respectful classroom environment conducive to learning. Responsibilities include managing student behavior in accordance with school policies, monitoring student well-being, and promptly reporting any concerns to school administration. The position requires adaptability to various classroom settings, grade levels, and subject areas, as well as performing additional duties as assigned by school leadership to support overall school operations.

Requirements

High School Graduate
Must be able to lift 50lbs
Previous teaching experience in early childhood desired
English Required

Bilingual preferred
Proficiency in educational technology is preferred

Responsibilities
