About The Position

Ascension Christian School is seeking a Long-term Substitute Teacher. This role is crucial in supporting our educational mission within a rich Christian culture. Requirements

Hold a Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution
Have an early childhood education or elementary education college major or the equivalent in the area of teaching assignment
Have earned at least 12 semester hours of professional education courses.

Nice To Haves

Hold a valid Louisiana teaching certificate
Be qualified to teach in nonpublic schools
