About The Position

We are a global team of innovators developing biological technologies to sustainably control disease-transmitting insects and protect crops. As insects pose growing threats to human health, food systems, and global stability, our work is urgent and exciting. We are expanding into the United States and opening a new biotech facility in Texas. We are looking for molecular scientists who thrive on solving complex biological problems, enjoy hands-on lab work, and want their careers to make a meaningful global difference.

Requirements

• First degree in a relevant subject (e.g. molecular or cell biology, biochemistry, microbiology etc.).
• Driven by impact, not just experiments.

Nice To Haves

• Masters or Doctoral degree in a relevant subject (for senior positions).
• Post education work experience (for senior positions).
• Molecular biology & genetic engineering.
• Insect biology or vector systems.
• Cell and molecular assays.
• Genomics, transcriptomics, or bioinformatics.
• Synthetic biology, CRISPR, gene expression systems.
• Biocontrol, biotech R&D, or translational biology.
