About The Position

OMNI Technologies, Inc., a design and manufacturing firm supplying custom urethane parts to OEMs, is seeking a first-shift Molding Operator to mold plastic parts from raw urethane. The role involves physical, technically challenging work in a team environment. On-the-job training is provided, and job-related education may be supported through tuition reimbursement.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with weekends off. Overtime is possible. The company emphasizes integrity, humility, ownership, teamwork, consistent quality, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• High school degree or GED.
• Experience working with hand tools.
• Mathematical ability.
• Manual dexterity.
• Attention to detail.
• Organization skills.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds regularly.

• Ability to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand work orders.
• Break down material formulas using mathematical equations.
• Learn about different urethanes and curatives and apply knowledge of their associated processing parameters.
• Promote a culture of teamwork.
• Cooperate with team members to troubleshoot quality issues.
• Maintain equipment.
• Keep the work area clean and orderly.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
