About The Position

Goldshield, part of Terex Corporation, manufactures fiberglass parts at its facility in Decatur, Indiana. The Mold Shop Associate works at assigned mold shop stations, cutting and grinding fiberglass parts to meet customer quality and specification standards. The role includes verifying work that affects finished-product quality, using dust-control practices, and maintaining a clean and safe work area throughout the shift. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with a 30-minute lunch and overtime as needed. The position is located at 2004 Patterson Street, Decatur, Indiana.

Requirements

Preferred one year of experience in mold shop, fiberglass, cutting, grinding, manufacturing, or production.
Ability to complete required Goldshield training certification.
Ability to safely use cut/grind tools and follow station requirements.
Ability to maintain attendance expectations and support production standards.
Successful completion of drug and background screening.
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role.
Ability to work around constant noise levels of approximately 80 dB and constant exposure to dust on skin.
Ability to stand, move, bend, and use tools throughout the shift.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED preferred.
One year of experience in mold shop, fiberglass, cutting, grinding, manufacturing, or production preferred.

Responsibilities
