About The Position

Goldshield, part of Terex Corporation, manufactures fiberglass parts at its Decatur, Indiana facility. The Assembler I - Fiberglass Roller removes air from fiberglass laminate using a roller to support part strength and quality, working at assigned chop stations and helping ensure fiberglass, resin, and catalyst mixtures are properly incorporated into parts. The role supports production flow and quality expectations while following safety requirements and maintaining a clean, organized work area.

The position works Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with a 30-minute lunch. Overtime may be needed. The work environment includes constant noise of approximately 80 dB, moving molds, and occasional extreme heat up to 110 degrees. Requirements

• Ability to complete the required training period and Goldshield training expectations.
• Ability to roll at assigned chop stations while meeting acceptable quality standards.
• Ability to meet attendance expectations and follow directions.
• Successful completion of drug and background screening.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role as outlined in the worksteps process.
• Ability to work around constant noise levels of approximately 80 dB, near moving molds, and in occasional heat up to 110 degrees.

Nice To Haves

• Preferred one year of experience in fiberglass, rolling, lamination, production, or manufacturing.
• Preferred high school diploma or GED.
