About The Position

Goldshield is hiring a Mold Shop Associate for its fiberglass mold shop in Decatur, Indiana. Goldshield manufactures fiberglass parts for customers and industries including Fleetwood, boats, emergency vehicles, and heavy-duty trucks, and is part of Terex Corporation. The associate works at assigned mold shop stations, cutting and grinding parts to meet customer quality and specification standards. The role includes verifying work that affects finished-product quality, following dust-control practices, and maintaining a clean and safe work area throughout the shift. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with a 30-minute lunch; overtime may be needed.

Requirements

Ability to complete required Goldshield training certification.
Ability to safely use cut/grind tools and follow station requirements.
Ability to maintain attendance expectations and support production standards.
Successful completion of drug and background screening.
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including standing, moving, bending, and using tools throughout the shift.
Ability to work around constant noise levels of approximately 80 dB and constant exposure to dust on skin.

Nice To Haves

Preferred one year of experience in a mold shop, fiberglass, cutting, grinding, manufacturing, or production.
Preferred high school diploma or GED.
