About The Position
FuntoNetwork is seeking a Modeling, Simulation and Training Systems Specialist for an upcoming project opportunity: Agile Professional Services. This role involves executing the Modeling, Simulation and Training Systems Specialist scope, delivering work with traceability to Army performance requirements, security and clearance gates, deliverables, schedule, and acceptance evidence. The specialist will complete audience, competency, delivery-channel, accessibility, and learning-objective assessments, develop curriculum maps, facilitator guides, participant materials, exercises, and delivery schedules. They will deliver or coordinate learning sessions, maintain records, analyze evaluations, and implement corrections. Additionally, the role requires tracing assigned work to RFP scope, requirements, deliverables, dependencies, acceptance criteria, and schedule milestones. The specialist will review solicitation materials, document assumptions and risks, prepare technical inputs and work products, and coordinate interfaces with various project workstreams. Maintaining status, issue, decision, change, and evidence records, and escalating blockers are also key responsibilities.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience performing Modeling, Simulation and Training Systems Specialist responsibilities in public-sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments.
- Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline.
- Relevant licenses, certifications, clearances, insurance, or local delivery capacity when required by the solicitation.
Responsibilities
- Execute the Modeling, Simulation and Training Systems Specialist scope for Agile Professional Services.
- Deliver the Modeling, Simulation and Training Systems Specialist workstream with traceability to the Army performance requirements, security and clearance gates, deliverables, schedule, and acceptance evidence.
- Complete the audience, competency, delivery-channel, accessibility, and learning-objective assessment.
- Develop the curriculum map, facilitator guide, participant materials, exercises, and delivery schedule.
- Deliver or coordinate the learning sessions; maintain attendance, issues, participant support, and completion records.
- Analyze evaluations and performance evidence, implement corrections, and submit the final training package and outcomes report.
- Trace assigned work to the RFP scope, requirement or RTM row, deliverable, dependency, acceptance criterion, schedule milestone, and supporting evidence.
- Review official solicitation materials and addenda affecting this workstream; document assumptions, open items, exclusions, risks, and required client decisions.
- Prepare role-specific technical inputs, work products, estimates, implementation details, quality records, and proposal or post-award delivery evidence.
- Coordinate interfaces and handoffs with project management, business analysis, technical, field, quality, compliance, training, and operations workstreams.
- Maintain status, issue, decision, change, and evidence records and escalate blockers before they affect submission or delivery readiness.
