About The Position

FuntoNetwork is seeking an AI, Robotics and Autonomous Systems Specialist for an upcoming project opportunity: Agile Professional Services. This role involves executing the AI, Robotics and Autonomous Systems Specialist scope for the project, ensuring traceability to Army performance requirements, security gates, deliverables, schedule, and acceptance evidence. The specialist will confirm work-package inputs, constraints, dependencies, stakeholders, milestones, deliverables, and acceptance criteria. They will develop and maintain the role work plan, required technical or operational work products, estimates, and decision records. The role requires executing assigned activities and coordinating interfaces, reviews, issues, changes, and corrective actions with accountable owners. Verification of completion against approved requirements and submission of final deliverables, evidence, handoff, and acceptance records are key. The specialist must trace assigned work to the RFP scope, requirement or RTM row, deliverable, dependency, acceptance criterion, schedule milestone, and supporting evidence. Reviewing official solicitation materials and addenda affecting this workstream, documenting assumptions, open items, exclusions, risks, and required client decisions is also part of the role. Preparing role-specific technical inputs, work products, estimates, implementation details, quality records, and proposal or post-award delivery evidence, as well as coordinating interfaces and handoffs with various project workstreams, are essential. Maintaining status, issue, decision, change, and evidence records and escalating blockers before they affect submission or delivery readiness are critical responsibilities.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience performing AI, Robotics and Autonomous Systems Specialist responsibilities in public-sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments.
Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria.
Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline.
Relevant licenses, certifications, clearances, insurance, or local delivery capacity when required by the solicitation.

Responsibilities

Execute the AI, Robotics and Autonomous Systems Specialist scope for Agile Professional Services.
Deliver the AI, Robotics and Autonomous Systems Specialist workstream with traceability to the Army performance requirements, security and clearance gates, deliverables, schedule, and acceptance evidence.
Confirm work-package inputs, constraints, dependencies, stakeholders, milestones, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
Develop and maintain the role work plan, required technical or operational work products, estimates, and decision records.
Execute the assigned activities and coordinate interfaces, reviews, issues, changes, and corrective actions with accountable owners.
Verify completion against the approved requirements and submit the final deliverables, evidence, handoff, and acceptance record.
Trace assigned work to the RFP scope, requirement or RTM row, deliverable, dependency, acceptance criterion, schedule milestone, and supporting evidence.
