About The Position

Torch Technologies is seeking a Mid-Level Modeling and Simulation Analyst to support its Air & Missile Business Unit. The analyst performs high-fidelity modeling, simulation, and analysis of integrated defense systems, provides modeling and simulation analytical support, and offers feedback to customers as needed. The role also helps develop and maintain data reduction and analysis tools and supports technical interchange meetings, program reviews, and integration and test working groups. Meeting support includes preparing analyses and reports. The position is based at a customer site, with no telework option, and requires 0–10% travel. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The position is not contingent upon a contract award, and relocation assistance is not available.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Five years of experience in integrated defense systems analysis.
• Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, and C++.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong presentation skills, and the ability to brief diverse audiences effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to adapt to different audiences and produce clear, concise reports and materials.
• Ability to analyze detailed technical information and develop logical solutions within specified schedules.
• Comfort working in a dynamic environment and taking on various roles as needed.
• Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills with team members, leadership, and customers.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities
