Model Builder, Analyst (remote US)
About The Position
The Enterprise Planning Solutions Analyst / Model Builder supports the analysis, development, and ongoing operation of enterprise planning solutions across the organization globally. The role supports global FP&A, Sales, Inventory, and Production Planning solutions and their supporting platforms, primarily Anaplan, with additional exposure to Hyperion and other planning tools. Working closely with the Senior Manager and Manager, Enterprise Planning Solutions, the Analyst / Model Builder performs business and technical analysis, develops and enhances planning solutions, and supports the day-to-day needs of the planning environment. The position is remote in the US. Anaplan Certified Model Builder certification is required. Cover letters are strongly preferred. The stated salary range is $115,000–$125,000, with offers tailored within the range based on relevant factors. Requirements
- Experience in business analysis, planning systems, FP&A, business systems, or a similar analytical role.
- Hands-on experience with Anaplan or another enterprise planning technology.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to understand business processes, requirements, and data.
- Experience working with data, calculations, models, or business applications.
- Ability to translate defined business and technical requirements into model development, enhancements, and testing.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and support requests.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within business and technical teams.
- Anaplan Certified Model Builder certification.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Hyperion or other enterprise planning technologies.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Senior Manager and Manager to analyze business needs, processes, and technical requirements in support of solution design and development.
- Develop and enhance Anaplan models, including modules, calculations, dashboards, workflows, and other model components.
- Analyze data, model outputs, and existing processes to support solution development, testing, and issue resolution.
- Support planning initiatives through development, testing, validation, implementation, and post-launch activities.
- Manage business-as-usual and user support activities, including JIRA requests, troubleshooting, enhancements, and platform administration.
- Support recurring planning processes, data loads, integrations, and solution documentation across the planning environment.
