About The Position

SHI International Corp. is seeking an Anaplan Solutions Architect & Model Builder for its growing HR Insights team. This full-time role is responsible for gathering requirements, designing, developing, testing, and implementing Anaplan models. The position leads delivery of Anaplan Incentive Compensation and Territory & Quota models for SHI end users.

The role works with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business needs and existing Excel models into efficient, dynamic, connected Anaplan solutions. It also owns the Anaplan requirements backlog, system architecture, access management, configuration, and integration, and partners with internal Learning & Development teams on change-management materials for model updates.

Requirements

• Completed bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience as an Anaplan Model Builder.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure.
• Must possess and maintain Anaplan Level 3 Model Builder Certification.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Proficiency overseeing and directing projects to completion, meeting goals, using resources efficiently, and satisfying stakeholders.
• Ability to identify, document, and manage project technical needs and specifications by engaging stakeholders and analyzing business objectives.
• Ability to define, design, build, and maintain robust systems and solutions using systems and infrastructure effectively.
• Ability to write, debug, and maintain code in scripting and programming languages to automate tasks and develop software solutions.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, communication, adaptability, leadership, teamwork, and self-motivation competencies.

Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate business requirements and consult stakeholders to ensure model designs reflect business needs.
• Design, develop, test, and implement Anaplan solutions.
• Build and modify models as part of connected solutions, optimization efforts, or new functionality.
• Create and maintain reporting analysis dashboards and user-interface dashboards for administrators and end users.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand existing Excel models and translate them into dynamic, connected Anaplan models.
• Drive new or enhanced Anaplan implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Configure and maintain Anaplan lists, modules, dashboards, actions, and other model settings.
• Review, assess, and triage issues identified by end users; perform root-cause analysis and develop solutions.
• Own the Anaplan requirements backlog, system architecture, access management, configuration, and integration.
• Engage internal Learning & Development teams on change-management materials related to Incentive Compensation and Territory & Quota updates.
