About The Position

As a Model Barback at Bottled Blonde Las Vegas, you will help maintain a positive and productive work environment while upholding a high standard of guest drinking experience. You will assist in delivering exceptional service to every guest and interact professionally. The role maintains bar cleanliness and keeps bars stocked for beverage service and preparation while upholding company standards and a safe work environment.

Requirements

Previous work experience as a barback in a comparable setting.
Flexibility to work varying schedules based upon business demand.
Superior customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
Ability to remain composed while delivering exceptional results in a high-paced environment.
Knowledge of spirits, wine, champagne, and mixed cocktails.
Minimum age of 21.
Ability to stand, squat, reach, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Verify par levels for products and equipment in the designated work area at the beginning of every shift, keep areas well stocked, and notify the manager of shortages or needs.
Observe and anticipate guests’ needs and manage time effectively with minimum supervision.
Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management in written and verbal form.
Maintain the cleanliness of the bar, product and beverage storage areas, pump/soda room, and surrounding areas.
Perform opening and closing duties, including sweeping and mopping floors and removing trash and debris.
Adhere to and enforce company, local, state, and government-specific regulations.
Obtain and maintain required licensing or certifications.
Follow company and department policies, procedures, practices, and guidelines.
Adhere to company appearance and uniform standards and maintain a well-groomed appearance, posture, and hygiene.
Perform other duties as assigned.
