As our Mobility Aide, you will assist with patient mobility, including transfers to chairs, ambulation to the bathroom, and ambulation in the hallway, in accordance with our mission and core values.Every day you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of therapists and Registered Nurses, specifically focusing on supporting patients' safe and effective movement. This involves assisting patients with transfers, ambulation, and exercises as directed by the clinical team, contributing directly to their rehabilitation goals.To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate compassion, attentiveness to patient needs, and precise adherence to instructions from therapists and RNs. Your ability to safely and effectively facilitate patient mobility, communicate clearly with the clinical team, and contribute to a supportive and therapeutic environment will be essential.
