About The Position

NIVA Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide advanced wound care in patients’ homes and local facilities through its Mobile Wound Care Division. The provider independently evaluates and manages complex wound cases, using evidence-based therapies and technologies, including allografting and low-frequency, non-contact ultrasound. This autonomous, patient-focused role also contributes to clinical quality initiatives and process improvements across multiple states. The provider collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, mentors less experienced clinicians, and maintains thorough EMR documentation in a mobile work environment. Requirements

• Experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a valid license.
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced wound care across diverse populations.
• Strong clinical decision-making and critical-thinking skills.
• Effective communication skills and team leadership ability.
• Commitment to innovation and quality care.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
