About The Position

NIVA Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide advanced wound care through its Mobile Wound Care Division. The provider independently evaluates and manages complex wound cases, delivering evidence-based therapies and technologies—including allografting and low-frequency, non-contact ultrasound—to patients in their homes and local facilities. The role offers clinical autonomy and involves mentoring less experienced providers, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and contributing to quality initiatives and process improvements across multiple states. Providers maintain accurate electronic medical record documentation in a mobile work environment.

Requirements

• Experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a valid license.
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced wound care across diverse populations.
• Strong clinical decision-making and critical-thinking skills.
• Effective communication skills and ability to lead a team.
• Commitment to innovation and quality care.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
