About The Position

NIVA Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide advanced wound care through its Mobile Wound Care Division. The provider independently evaluates and manages complex wound cases, delivering evidence-based care in patients’ homes and local facilities. The role uses advanced therapies and technologies, including allografting and low-frequency, non-contact ultrasound, and offers clinical autonomy in a mobile setting. The provider also contributes to clinical quality initiatives, interdisciplinary collaboration, team development, and improvements in patient outcomes across multiple states.

Requirements

• Experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a valid license.
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced wound care across diverse populations.
• Strong clinical decision-making and critical-thinking skills.
• Effective communication skills and ability to lead a team.
• Commitment to innovation and quality care.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
