About The Position

NIVA Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide advanced wound care in patients’ homes and local facilities. The provider will independently evaluate and manage complex wound cases using evidence-based therapies and technologies, including allografting and low-frequency, non-contact ultrasound. The role includes clinical autonomy, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, mentoring and training other providers, and contributing to quality initiatives and process improvements across multiple states. The position requires work in a dynamic mobile environment and meticulous electronic medical record documentation.

Requirements

• Experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a valid license.
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced wound care across diverse populations.
• Strong clinical decision-making and critical-thinking skills.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to lead a team.
• Commitment to innovation and quality care.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
