About The Position
Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice is hiring a full-time, in-home mobile veterinarian serving Phoenix, Peoria, Queen Creek, Glendale, Mesa, Goodyear, Arizona, and surrounding areas. Veterinarians provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families in their homes. The role offers flexible schedules, typically with 3–4 appointments per day, and is supported by comprehensive onboarding, personalized mentorship, experienced leaders, practice managers, and a 24/7/365 Support Center. Three-, four-, and five-day full-time opportunities are available, as well as part-time opportunities. Compensation varies by schedule: four-day positions start at $107,500 and five-day positions have a $130,000 base salary, with additional bonus opportunities. Three-day full-time and part-time opportunities offer prorated compensation.
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM), VMD, or BVMS degree.
- Valid U.S. driver's license.
- Availability to work some weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Candidates must complete a background and motor vehicle record check after hire and before their associated start date.
