About The Position

Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice is hiring an in-home Associate Veterinarian to provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets and their families in Orlando, Winter Garden, Winter Park, Lake Hart, Kissimmee, Oviedo, Florida, and surrounding areas. The veterinarian-founded and owned organization offers an alternative to in-clinic practice, focused on professional fulfillment, personal freedom, and supporting veterinarians’ well-being. The role involves practicing independently while remaining connected to a community of more than 400 veterinarians and support professionals. The organization provides onboarding, personalized mentorship, experienced leaders, practice managers, and a 24/7/365 Support Center. Compensation varies by schedule: four-day positions start at $117,500, and five-day positions offer a $140,000 base salary, with additional bonus opportunities.
