About The Position

Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice is hiring a full-time mobile veterinarian to provide compassionate in-home hospice and euthanasia care for pets and their families in Phoenix, Peoria, Queen Creek, Glendale, Mesa, Goodyear, Arizona, and surrounding areas. The role offers an alternative to in-clinic practice, with an emphasis on meaningful care, professional fulfillment, and a balanced schedule. The veterinarian practices independently while remaining connected to a community of more than 400 veterinarians and support professionals. The company provides comprehensive onboarding, ongoing training, personalized mentorship, access to experienced leaders, dedicated practice managers, and a 24/7/365 Support Center. Scheduling options include 3-, 4-, and 5-day full-time opportunities, as well as part-time opportunities. Compensation depends on the schedule: 4-day positions start at $107,500, and 5-day positions offer a $130,000 base salary, with additional bonus opportunities.
