About The Position

Fleet Repair Solutions is hiring experienced Mobile Trailer Service Technicians to support medium- and heavy-duty fleets in the Pottsville, Pennsylvania area. This field-based role involves hands-on trailer inspections, maintenance, and repairs, diagnosing mechanical and structural issues, documenting work, and helping keep fleet trailers safe, compliant, and road-ready. The position suits technicians who can solve problems independently and work reliably in a mobile environment.

The schedule is second shift, 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM. Pay is up to $35 per hour, plus a $2.50-per-hour shift differential. Employees are paid weekly, may earn monthly performance bonuses of up to $12,000 per year, and have overtime opportunities. Requirements

• At least 1 year of trailer maintenance or repair experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a mobile environment.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.

• CDL preferred but not required.
