Mobile Service Technician
About The Position
Beach Ford is seeking a motivated and skilled Mobile Service Technician to perform light-duty automotive services, including routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and battery replacements, as well as selected Ford recall repairs. The technician operates a fully equipped Mobile Service Van and provides on-site service at customers’ homes, workplaces, or other designated locations. The role involves working independently while providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and professionalism. This is an outdoor position requiring work in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with work every fourth Saturday. The business is closed on Sundays.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of automotive technician experience.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Nice To Haves
- Ford and/or ASE certifications.
