About The Position

Long-Lewis Ford of Cullman is expanding its Mobile Service Division and seeking motivated, skilled technicians. This role offers more freedom, better pay, and less stress compared to traditional dealership positions. Technicians will drive a fully equipped service van to customer locations, performing dealership-quality repairs at homes, job sites, and offices in the area.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience as a technician (dealership or high-volume shop preferred)
• ASE Certification required
• Solid diagnostic, mechanical, and electrical skills
• Great communication and customer service mindset
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Self-starter who thrives on independence and responsibility

• Ford FSA certification

Responsibilities

• Drive a company-provided mobile service van to customer locations
• Perform diagnostics & repairs on a wide range of vehicles
• Deliver exceptional customer service & clear communication
• Work independently while staying connected to our dealership team
