If you believe a girl's ZIP code should never limit what she gets to explore, and you love bringing bold ideas to life through hands-on learning, community partnership, and a little road-trip energy, this role is for you. As our Mobile Program Coordinator, you will build a new program from the ground up and bring memorable Girl Scout experiences to girls and communities across Oregon and Southwest Washington. The Basics Pay - Nonexempt/hourly, starting at $25.24 to $30.29 per hour, based on relevant education and experience. Plus $1.25 per hour for conversational-level or higher Spanish language skills. • Experience delivering mobile or community-based programs.
  • Experience measuring, tracking, and reporting outcomes for grant-funded programs.

Responsibilities

  • Listen to girls, families, schools, and community organizations, then turn what you learn into a clear route map for where the mobile program goes and what it offers.

  • Transform a large non-commercial vehicle into an inviting, organized, and safe mobile learning space, and guide the program from a summer 2027 soft launch to a full October 2027 rollout.
  • Bring the experience to life from arrival through pack-up, delivering 18 visits in FY27 and at least 35 visits annually in FY28 and FY29; about 90% of sessions will be for youth and 10% for adult volunteers.
  • Build relationships that open doors for girls, working with schools, community organizations, peer Girl Scout councils, and colleagues to find host sites, introduce the program, and keep it relevant locally.
  • Keep the program moving smoothly across a large, varied service area by driving and parking the vehicle, transporting equipment, coordinating visits and registration, and keeping supplies ready for the next stop.
