About The Position

ExamOne, a Quest Diagnostics company, is seeking a dedicated, professional Mobile Examiner to provide diagnostic services at clients’ homes or workplaces and in company centers. This independent, flexible, field-based role involves patient care, specimen management, and administrative tasks, with local travel required. The Mobile Examiner represents the company while delivering accurate, customer-focused service and maintaining compliance. Employees can invest in a 401(k) plan; eligibility begins after one month, and after one year employees are fully vested in a company match of up to 5% of pay.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active phlebotomy or Medical Assistant certification, as required by state.
• At least 1 year of phlebotomy experience, including at least 100 documented successful blood draws.
• Experience with pediatric and geriatric patients, urine collection, and EKG administration.
• Internet access, a computer, and a printer.
• Valid driver’s license and at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Motor vehicle record with no more than 2 moving-violation convictions in the previous 36 months and none in the most recent 12 months.
• Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, adaptable, independent, and committed to compliance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct exams at individuals’ homes or workplaces, including taking basic vital signs, recording medical histories, and performing venipunctures, urine collections, and EKGs as applicable.
• Label, centrifuge, split, and package specimens for safe and timely transport.
• Travel locally to meet clients and provide customer service.
• Use company technology to confirm appointments, update case statuses, and upload completed exams to the portal within 24–48 hours.
• Assist with inventory, maintain clean workspaces, and dispatch calls.
• Occasionally mentor new team members.
