About The Position

ExamOne, a Quest Diagnostics company, is seeking a dedicated, professional Mobile Examiner to provide diagnostic services in clients’ homes, workplaces, and company centers. This independent, flexible, field-based role combines patient care, specimen management, travel, and administrative work. The examiner provides a positive customer experience while maintaining accuracy and compliance. The position requires local travel and use of technology to confirm appointments, update case statuses, and upload completed exams to the company portal within 24–48 hours.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active phlebotomy or medical assistant certification, based on state requirements.
• At least 1 year of phlebotomy experience, including at least 100 documented successful blood draws.
• Experience with pediatric and geriatric patients, urine collections, and EKG administration.
• Internet access, a computer, and a printer.
• Valid driver’s license and at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Motor vehicle record with no more than 2 moving-violation convictions in the previous 36 months and none in the most recent 12 months.
• Detail orientation, technology proficiency, adaptability, independence, compliance, and customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct exams at individuals’ homes or workplaces.
• Take basic vital signs, record medical histories, and perform venipunctures, urine collections, and EKGs as applicable.
• Accurately label, centrifuge, split, and package specimens for safe, timely transport.
• Travel locally to meet clients and provide customer service.
• Use company technology to confirm appointments, update case statuses, and upload completed exams to the portal within 24–48 hours.
• Assist with inventory, maintain clean workspaces, and dispatch calls.
• Occasionally mentor new team members.
