About The Position

ExamOne, a Quest Diagnostics company, is seeking a PRN Mobile Phlebotomist / Examiner for a flexible, field-based role requiring local travel. The Mobile Examiner provides care and diagnostic services at clients’ homes or workplaces and in company centers, serving as a professional representative of the company. The role combines patient care, specimen management, and administrative tasks in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active phlebotomy or Medical Assistant certification, based on state requirements.
• At least 1 year of phlebotomy experience, including at least 100 documented successful blood draws.
• Experience with pediatric and geriatric patients, urine collection, and EKG administration.
• Internet access, a computer, and a printer.
• Valid driver’s license and at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Motor Vehicle Record with no more than 2 moving violation convictions in the previous 36 months, and none in the most recent 12 months.
• Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, adaptable, independent, compliant, and committed to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct exams at individuals’ homes or workplaces.
• Take basic vital signs, record medical histories, and perform venipunctures, urine collections, and EKGs as applicable.
• Accurately label, centrifuge, split, and package specimens for safe, timely transport.
• Travel locally to meet clients and provide customer service.
• Use company technology to confirm appointments, update case statuses, and upload completed exams to the portal within 24–48 hours.
• Assist with inventory and maintain clean workspaces.
• Dispatch calls.
• Occasionally mentor new team members.
