The Mobile Phlebotomist will be responsible for accurately identifying patients, performing phlebotomy procedures, and ensuring the proper collection, processing, handling, and transportation of laboratory specimens in a variety of community-based settings. This position requires extensive phlebotomy expertise, strong specimen management skills, and the ability to work independently in diverse clinical and home-care environments. Service locations may include skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, rehabilitation centers, behavioral health facilities, and private residences for homebound patients. As a mobile role, regular travel throughout the assigned service area is required to meet patient and operational needs. The Mobile Phlebotomist serves as a representative of the laboratory and is expected to maintain professional and collaborative relationships with patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and facility personnel while delivering exceptional, patient-centered care.
