We are searching for a talented Mobile Phlebotomist. This position offers a $1,250 new hire sign-on bonus. The role involves working 20 hours per week on day shifts from 5:00 am to 9:00 am, with one Saturday per month and holiday rotation. The location is Mobile Phlebotomy - Dartmouth, MA. Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Completion of an approved phlebotomy training program.
One-time phlebotomy certification through the American Society for Clinical Pathology Board of Certification (ASCP BOC or equivalent) required within 2 years from date of hire.
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of phlebotomy experience required.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Ability to train, mentor, and provide guidance to teammates and community partners.
Commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in specimen collection and handling.
Ability to adapt to changing environments and provide high-quality service across multiple care settings.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the assigned service area.
A valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation are required.
Candidates must successfully complete a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check and meet organizational requirements for driving.
Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.

Nice To Haves

Experience working independently in outreach, home care or mobile phlebotomy services preferred.
Knowledge of laboratory information systems and electronic order management preferred.
Customer service experience in healthcare settings preferred.

Responsibilities

Accurately identify patients, perform phlebotomy procedures, and ensure the proper collection, processing, handling, and transportation of laboratory specimens in a variety of community-based settings.
Work independently in diverse clinical and home-care environments, including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, rehabilitation centers, behavioral health facilities, and private residences for homebound patients.
Travel regularly throughout the assigned service area to meet patient and operational needs.
Serve as a representative of the laboratory, maintaining professional and collaborative relationships with patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and facility personnel.
Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care.
