About The Position
We are seeking a reliable, dedicated Mobile Phlebotomist to complete insurance medical exams in Battle Creek, Michigan, and surrounding areas. This is a mobile position: the employee's office is at home, and they travel to meet clients. The schedule is flexible, and the phlebotomist makes their own hours and decides how much to work. This is an independent contract position.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of practical phlebotomy experience.
- Previous experience in phlebotomy, nursing, or another related field.
- Ability to speak and understand both Spanish and English.
- Live in Michigan.
- Experience taking vital signs, including height, weight, and blood pressure readings.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with medical software and equipment.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a federal background check.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to build rapport with patients.
- Effective communication skills and reliability.

Responsibilities
- Collect and store blood samples from patients.
- Distribute samples to designated departments.
- Monitor the storage and inventory of supplies.

- Assist in the recovery of patients experiencing adverse reactions.
