About The Position

ExamOne, a Quest Diagnostics company, is seeking a dedicated, professional Mobile Examiner to provide diagnostic services in clients’ homes, workplaces, and company centers. This independent, flexible, field-based role involves local travel and a varied work environment. The Mobile Examiner provides patient care, manages specimens, completes administrative tasks, and uses company technology to document and upload exams. The position also includes supporting inventory and workspace upkeep, dispatching calls, and occasionally mentoring new team members.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Active phlebotomy or medical assistant certification, based on state requirements.
At least one year of phlebotomy experience, including at least 100 documented successful blood draws.
Experience with pediatric and geriatric patients, urine collection, and EKG administration.
Internet access, a computer, and a printer.
Valid driver’s license and at least three years of driving experience.
Motor vehicle record with no more than two moving-violation convictions in the previous 36 months and none in the most recent 12 months.
Detail-oriented and tech-savvy, with adaptability, independence, compliance awareness, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Conduct examinations at individuals’ homes or workplaces.
Take basic vital signs, record medical histories, and perform venipunctures, urine collections, and EKGs as applicable.
Label, centrifuge, split, and package specimens for safe, timely transport.
Travel locally to meet clients and provide customer service.
Use company technology to confirm appointments, update case statuses, and upload completed exams to the portal within 24–48 hours.
Assist with inventory and maintain clean workspaces.
Dispatch calls.
Occasionally mentor new team members.
