Mobile Pet Groomer
About The Position
Bark & Mane Mobile Pet Grooming is hiring experienced groomers to provide professional, stress-free grooming in a one-on-one mobile setting. The role prioritizes each pet’s comfort, safety, and well-being, without the pressure of an assembly-line salon. Groomers work independently in a professionally equipped, climate-controlled Mercedes-Benz grooming van, with scheduling and fleet support provided. Groomers may decline aggressive or unsafe dogs. Positions are available full-time or part-time, with flexible scheduling and 3-, 4-, or 5-day workweeks. Compensation is $400–$550+ per day based on 4–6 appointments, plus 100% of tips. The position offers paid time off to eligible full-time employees, referral bonuses, and ongoing training. No degree is required. Employment is with the independently owned franchisee posting the position, not Bark & Mane Inc.
Requirements
- Experienced groomer able to work independently.
- Take pride in providing safe, professional grooming.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Acceptable driving record.
- No degree required.
