About The Position

Northeast Security, Inc. is seeking a full-time Mobile Patrol Security Officer for a location in Wakefield, Massachusetts. The position pays $21.05 per hour and is scheduled Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. The officer must maintain a professional appearance and remain on post. The role includes monitoring security concierge personnel, supporting guest services, responding to inquiries, and helping ensure personnel follow facility security procedures and location policies. The officer also reviews reports and duty logs, communicates serious incidents promptly, maintains communication with assigned personnel, and helps keep them informed of procedural or policy changes. Other duties may be assigned by the client or Northeast Security, Inc. Positions are subject to applicant eligibility, availability, background screening, drug testing, and completion of orientation; positions may be rescinded if background requirements are not met.

Requirements

High school diploma.
Valid driver's license held for a minimum of three years.
Ability to pass a five-year RMV records check.
Basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

Maintain a professional appearance and remain on post at all times.
Monitor security concierge personnel to ensure guest services are satisfactory.
Provide general administrative support, respond to inquiries, and anticipate customer needs.
Ensure security concierge personnel perform their duties in compliance with facility security operations procedures and location policies, procedures, and regulations.
Review and approve reports, duty logs, and other submissions from security personnel.
Ensure timely notification of serious incidents.
Maintain effective communications with assigned security personnel.
Deliver a memorable and pleasant experience to customers and vendors.
Counsel, advise, motivate, and, when necessary, discipline or positively reinforce assigned personnel.
Work with management to develop and implement employee relations, development, and retention programs for the location.
Keep assigned security personnel up to date on modifications to procedures, policies, or regulations.
Assume other duties as required by the client or Northeast Security, Inc.
