Mobile Mortgage Specialist
About The Position
TD, serving over 11 million customers nationally, offers a full range of financial products and services. The company is actively expanding its Mobile Mortgage Sales Force and is seeking proven sales professionals to join its dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong sales track record, excellent capabilities in developing and maintaining customer relationships, and an entrepreneurial, proactive approach to building a customer base. The Mobile Mortgage Specialist will focus on generating mortgage referrals from various centers of influence, including realtors, builders, and financial planners. TD provides targeted sales training to enhance sales skills and credit knowledge, ensuring a smooth integration into the company's employee-focused corporate culture. Support is provided by a Senior District Sales Manager through joint sales calls and monthly coaching sessions, and a specialized sales management system is in place to aid success. Requirements
- Proven sales track record
- Strong capabilities to develop and maintain customer relationships
- Entrepreneurial, with a proactive and strategic approach to developing your customer base
- A self-starter with exceptional quality sales skills
- An independent, self-managed professional who enjoys developing new business in a fast-paced, competitive market
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking and relationship management skills
- Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication
