As an MIH Manager, you will serve as the primary regional point of contact for Mobile Integrated Health agencies in your assigned region of Indiana (North or South). This role supports program implementation, stakeholder engagement, and operational alignment while ensuring consistency with statewide MIH standards, policies, and objectives. You will report directly to the Section Chief and work in close coordination with the MIH Data & Analytics Lead. This role requires adaptability to evolving program needs and may include additional responsibilities or projects. This is a field-intensive role requiring regular travel within your assigned districts, strong relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of EMS and healthcare delivery systems.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in EMS, healthcare operations, public health, or MIH-related program management
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, coordination, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently across agencies
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned region

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary regional point of contact for MIH agencies in your assigned region (North or South Indiana)
  • Support onboarding, implementation, and expansion of MIH programs and initiatives
  • Assist agencies with operational guidance, program development, and best practices
  • Coordinate regional stakeholders, including healthcare and community partners
  • Identify and escalate operational challenges, compliance concerns, and resource needs
  • Support data reporting compliance in coordination with the MIH Data & Analytics Lead
  • Provide regional updates, insights, and recommendations to the Section Chief
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the Section Chief to advance MIH program goals and statewide initiatives
