About The Position

This is an Entry-level Business Analyst role supporting a Mobile Integrated Healthcare (MIH) organization. The role is responsible for analyzing clinical, operational, and financial data to improve patient outcomes, optimize resource utilization, and support hospital-at-home and community paramedicine programs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel
Excellent conceptual and analytical thinking skills are required, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with team
An effective communicator at all levels in the organization, with strong oral, written and presentation skills

Nice To Haves

Experience with data visualization tools preferred
Affinity for new technologies and market trends like AI, machine learning, and big data is an added advantage
Experience with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau
Understanding of healthcare operations or EMS/MIH models
Internship or academic project experience with data analysis

Responsibilities

Analyze operational, clinical, and financial data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Support hospital-at-home and MIH program performance tracking (admissions, LOS, outcomes, cost savings)
Develop dashboards and reports for leadership and field operations
Collaborate with clinical, operations, and billing teams to improve workflows
Assist in developing KPIs and performance metrics
Conduct process improvement initiatives and recommend solutions
Prepare presentations and summaries for leadership
Ensure data integrity and support data governance efforts
Create reports and presentations to summarize data results
Other duties, as assigned
