The Mobile Equipment Operator 2 safely and efficiently stages, transports, loads, and unloads treated and untreated wood products and hardware. The role supports continuous plant workflow while maintaining safety and environmental standards. The position operates forklifts with capacities of 8,000 pounds or more in indoor and outdoor plant areas. A shift differential is paid for swing and graveyard shifts. Responsibilities

Load, unload, sort, and transport treated and untreated industrial wood products and hardware components.
Safely operate forklifts with capacities of 8,000 pounds or more in indoor and outdoor plant areas.
Operate forklift controls to drive and control lifting equipment.
Position forks, platforms, or other lifting devices around materials and transport loads to designated areas.
Unload and stack materials using lifting devices.
Verify bundles, product sizes, and product counts before moving and storing items.
Organize warehouse materials by product type and size.
Assist with mobile equipment maintenance and service, including inspections, fueling, safety checks, and cleaning as required.
Document and report equipment operation and maintenance requirements.
Follow company safety rules, including personal protective equipment (PPE) and lockout/tagout (LOTO) requirements.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
