Immediate openings for part-time shifts in Bibb County and surrounding areas. Candidates must be licensed in mental health to be considered. This is a 100% mobile response position that requires a valid, unrestricted driver’s license. First responders must be able to drive in a car for the duration of their assigned shift, if necessary, and must be able to drive at any time of day or night, safely and without restriction. Driving in heavy traffic or adverse weather conditions may be required. The service operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, providing community-based, face-to-face clinical assessment and rapid response to children and adults with behavioral health conditions, intellectual/developmental disabilities, and/or autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in an active state of crisis. Mobile Crisis care is provided in various community settings including homes, residential settings, other treatment/support settings, schools, hospital emergency departments, jails, and social service settings. The ability to respond quickly, professionally, and compassionately is required. This is a paperless environment/workplace.
