As an ACT Licensed Counselor/Therapist, you will work as an advocate and collaborate with assigned adult clients. The team includes members focused on housing, vocational services, therapy, medical, and substance use. In this role, you will conduct initial behavioral health assessments, engage clients in treatment plan development noting their strengths, challenges, and support systems, and meet with clients regularly for individual, family, and group counseling. You will regularly assess client strengths and mental health treatment needs. This position involves client transportation as needed and a one-week on-call rotation every six weeks, handled virtually or in person. For optimal client success, you will primarily meet with clients in the local community.
