About The Position

Sunset Chevrolet is hiring a Mobile Auto Technician / Field Service Technician to provide on-site GM automotive diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance at customer locations. The role offers variety and independent work backed by an established, locally owned and family-operated dealership group. Technicians travel to customers, perform service work, explain recommendations, and document completed work. Candidates must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and work in varying environments. Requirements

• Previous experience as a GM Service Technician, Mobile Technician, or similar automotive service professional.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in varying environments.
• Must complete and pass a background check and drug screen before hire.

Nice To Haves

• GM certifications.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations to perform repairs, maintenance, and installations.
• Perform vehicle maintenance services.
