About The Position

Now Hiring: Mixer Technician / Maintenance / Receiver Location: Clovis, NM Pay: $20/hour Shift: 7 AM - 5 PM (Hours may vary based on weather and peak season needs) Ready to get your hands dirty and be a key player in a high-performing production team? Requirements

High school level reading, writing, and math skills.
Strong mechanical aptitude—you’re handy with tools and know your way around equipment.
Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Clear communication and teamwork mindset.
Able to lift up to 60 lbs. and stay active throughout the shift.
Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
High school level reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
Strong mechanical skills and the ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance.
Demonstrated ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently.
Ability to communicate clearly and appropriately with various individuals.
Ability to work effectively in and promote a team environment.
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute batching schedules to meet daily production goals
Manufacture products to spec using formulas. you’ll be an essential part of transforming raw ingredients into targeted, performance-driven feed solutions
Perform basic repairs and keep detailed maintenance records.
Unload railcars, barges, and trucks—keeping things moving efficiently.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
Follow OSHA and FDA standards, safety policies, and all operating procedures.
