About The Position

Elk Park Animal Hospital is seeking a Mixed Animal Medical Director Veterinarian to join their team. This is one of the largest and busiest facilities in the area, offering a wide range of services including digital radiology, cold laser therapy, orthopedic surgery, dentistry, diagnostics, a complete pharmacy, Chinese medicine, acupuncture, physical therapy, and herbal medicine. The clinic operates five days a week and provides on-call and mobile assistance for large animals and emergencies. The Medical Director will have medical autonomy and the support of skilled technicians, dedicated CSRs, and strong leadership.

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited university.
• Compassionate, client-centered approach to care.
• Strong communication and client-education skills.
• Experience with clinic leadership and/or mentorship to take on MD role.
